7th Annual Pesto Contest

The Pesto Contest is one of the highlight of the Pesto Fest, our largest annual fundraiser and community gathering, held at Tri Cycle Farms on Saturday, September 8th from 4-10 pm.

The Pesto Contest will be judged by local celebrity chefs in the categories of "Best Pesto" and "Most Creative." Everyone in attendance will have the opportunity to taste the pesto entries and cast their vote for the ever-popular "People's Choice" award!

Simply register for the contest here, provide an ingredients list and pay the $10 registration fee (registration at the gate will be $15). Online registration ends at 1:30 pm on September 8th. All pesto entries must be submitted in a full pint jar and brought to Tri Cycle Farms between 8 am and 3 pm on September 8th. Registration forms submitted online will be printed and at the gate to match with your pesto entry.

You will need to provide: your pesto in a full pint jar; a typed and printed ingredients list - exact recipe is not necessary - and; indicate if your pesto is gluten free and/or vegan.

Tasting and judging will be from 6:30 to 7:30 pm and winners will be announced at 7:45 pm. Good luck!!!

Parking will be available across the street at Trinity United Methodist Church, ONLY from 8am to 2pm. After 2pm, the Trinity Parking lot is strictly reserved for Pesto Fest vendors.
