Join Brandon Weston of Mountain Man Traditional Healing to learn about readily available, native Ozark medicinal plants and how to create some easy herbal preparations.
In this class we will be learning about how to make both alcohol and vinegar based tinctures/extracts at home. Brandon is knowledgeable in the folklore surrounding these "yarbs" (herbs) and has many interesting tales and histories to share with us as well.
Join us for this colorful lesson and sample some tasty brews like fire cider and elderberry ginger sipping vinegar.
