Join Brandon Weston of Mountain Man Traditional Healing as we take a look at some easy to make Ozark herbal preparations.
In this class we will be learning how to combine medicinal herbs with different oils and fats to create your own salves and balms. We'll also be taking a look at some of the many native "yarbs" (herbs) that grow in our Ozark Mountain area (and maybe even your own backyard!)
Already made salves and oils will be available to purchase and a recipe packet will be provided that has some wonderful ideas for you to try at home.
Brandon is knowledgeable in the folklore surrounding these plants and has many interesting tales and histories to share with us as well.
