We will blend our own bowls of organic herbs to make a delightful tea recipe that we will put into tea bags to nurture the senses and promote inner well-being. My daughters and I call this blend, Extra Magical Unicorn Tea. We will also pour up a tin of herbal salve to soothe the skin and nurture the outer well-being. Jenny Dietzel, N.H.D. was born in Fayetteville and is a Native Osage Naturopath, Herbalist and Author.
